Project Description
The Project
A Sturgeon County contractor will be upgrading the existing roads in Hewitt Estates and Sturgeon Valley Vista this summer, replacing it with a newly paved surface.
The Scope
Hewitt Drive and Valley Drive are scheduled to undergo a mill and overlay treatment, which involves removing the top layer of asphalt and replacing it with a new layer.
Abby Drive, Rex Place, Park Lane, and Marshall Place will receive a micro-surfacing treatment. This involves applying a new, thin layer of protective material on the road’s surface.
What this Means to You
There will be Sturgeon County project personnel, contractor crews, and equipment working in the project area. There will be temporary one lane closures with detour signs in place. Access to your home will be maintained throughout construction, but delays may occur.
