Effective dates of permits
Approved development permits take effect following the 21-day notification period.
Appeals
Any affected person or applicant can appeal a decision or condition of the approved development permit. Appeals must be received within 21 days of the notice of decision.
All Development Permit issuances may be appealed by the owner/applicant.
Permitted Use Development Permits may be appealed by the applicant only, unless any person was affected by the decision where the Land Use Bylaw was relaxed, varied or misinterpreted.
Discretionary/Variance Development Permits may be appealed by anyone affected by the decision.
